Golden Visa is an expression used worldwide to differentiate the foreign investor visa from visas considered “common”, such as work and study visas.
Through the Ministry of Tourism, a letter of intent was signed with the Federal Council of Real Estate Brokers (Cofeci) on March 12th 2025, in France, to implement the Brazilian Golden Visa, a program that aims to attract foreign investors to the country's real estate market.
